Our place is a beautiful and spacious penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The apartment is located on the main cultural street in Reykjavík. A 50 sqm balcony with a great view and a sunroom. Restaurants, bars, museums, shops and everything else you can possibly wish for in Reykjavík is within walking distance. This is our home and thus privately owned. The space The apartment comfortably fits two to three persons. You can not wish for a better located place. It is in the heart of Reykjavík and its pulse beats right outside the windows. In spite of that it is not a noisy neighbourhood as there is very little and slow traffic. More like a pedestrian street. Very lively during the day. Guest access Guests have access to everything within the apartment and balcony. They share entrance and staircase with other occupants of the house, but only during the day. During the nights and weekends quests are the only occupants in the house. Other things to note A beautiful swimming pool with hot tubs within 5 minutes walking distance. So are museums, parks, harbour, sea shore and the main shopping street.
