The Nyamplung room

Butun Guesthouse is located right in front of the beach of the reef break in Batukaras. The Nyamplung room is in first floor, with garden view and a private terrace to chill after your surf session. The room has two queen size canopy beds covered by a mosquito net, with Air Conditionner, and a big bathroom with hot water shower. This room is perfect for families. All rooms have access to the common kitchen, with all facilities. The space Butun Guesthouse is named after Butun trees that surround the guesthouse. Each room's name is a local tree (Waru, Katapang, Nyamplung), that has its own story. Butun is owned by locals, who love surf and nature. Come and visit us to stay in a relaxing place, surrounded by beautiful garden and exotic trees, right in front of a quiet beach. Guest access Butun Guesthouse has a common kitchen that all guests can use. You can easily buy food at the local market and cook it in the kitchen, or even buy your fish at the fish market and we can grill it for you (with extra fee). Our big garden is perfect for outdoor naps or sunbathing, or for kids to play outside. You can also hangout on the rooftop, enjoy a sunrise yoga practice, or sunset drinks there! During your stay Around Butun Guesthouse and Batukaras we have beautiful tropical countryside, with rice paddies, emerald color river and river mouth or lagoon. You can just walk or bike around to explore the country side and meet local people making brown sugar from coconut water. You can also go along the river by local fishing boats.
