Comfortable Room in Heritage Brompton Cottage

A heritage listed bluestone cottage in the heart of the popular Bowden-Brompton precinct. Walking distance to great cafes and bars. Private room with queen-sized Koala sofa bed and desk. Living space, kitchen, bathroom/laundry and courtyard shared with a 30-something woman, a cat named Miso and a greyhound named Johnny. The space The house is a heritage listed bluestone cottage. It is small (2 bedrooms) and old, but is full of character features and is very comfortable with high ceilings, large windows and lots of natural light. Guest access You will have uninterrupted access to all areas of the house, with the exception of the owner's personal bedroom. During your stay I will be sharing the house with you during your stay and will be available over a variety of day-time and evening hours depending on work commitments. There may be times where you have the entire house to yourself. However, I will always be available as needed. During your stay I will ensure you have complete privacy in your room. In the rare event that I need to access the room for some reason I will ensure I seek your permission first. Other things to note The house is home to a very friendly black cat named Miso. Miso is an indoor-only cat so guests need to be mindful when coming and going that htey close doors behind him. The house is also home to a retired ex-racing greyhound, Johnny. Like Miso, Johnny spends majority of his time indoors (in fact, he's very reluctant to go outside at all). He is a big dog so takes up a little bit of space but keeps almost entirely to himself. Both animals are very quiet and, if you keep your door closed, will largely leave you alone during your stay.
