The space Outside: In Provence, we live a lot outside! Our green garden has been designed to be relaxing. It is very pleasant in any season and sufficiently shaded for the summer. The 8x4 m swimming pool, with beach staircase, will allow you to cool off. Its salt treatment is appreciated by all. The pool is dedicated to you and the garden is fully enclosed. The interior: The house is fully air-conditioned. The large living room with open kitchen, is facing the garden. 3 bay windows open onto large terraces and the garden. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with its private bathroom and direct access to the garden. A toilet is also on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed) are upstairs, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our house is the one we live in year-round. It is therefore well equipped and our personal belongings are present. You'll have space to store your own belongings. Guest access The house is in a quiet, family-friendly residential area. The garden is almost without opposite. Parking spaces are located in front of the house, accessible by a motorized gate. New in 2022: charging station for electric vehicle, type 2, power 7 kW. Other things to note The neighborhood is peaceful and parties are forbidden, as well as loud music. Our 2 cats are present: they enter and exit at will. We ask that you feed them with the kibble provided. The pool must be used in compliance with safety rules.
