The space Villa Ginestra is a Luxury Villa located in a condo of luxury villas in Castiadas which is a very well-known tourist area of Sardinia South-East coast. The Villa is on two levels and is provided of all comforts moreover privacy is absolutely guaranteed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa double bed, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry and an inner court which can be used as a store-room. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one of which with a bathroom, and one single bedroom that could be converted into a double bedroom thanks to a pull-out sofa bed. There is also another bathroom with a shower. All rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the Villa’s private garden and the sea on the horizon. The Villa has an independent entrance, a reserved car parking space with a slide for pushchairs and it is surrounded by a tidy and well looked after garden in which is placed a swimming pool with hydro-massage jets, a small solarium equipped with sun umbrellas, sunbeds and outdoors showers with hot water. In the garden there is also a useful barbeque area facing a porch equipped with a dining table and a living area. The outdoor area is very well kept as the windows and doors frames and the insect screens. All indoor areas have air conditioning and heating. The flagship of the Villa is the tasteful furnishing that evokes the Sardinian tradition but with a modern twist and has the colours of the sea and of the island in all its shades. Besides the curtains inside the Villa there are also sun blinds all around the portico. For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . The maximum occupancy (8 people) of the property includes adults, children, and infants. The pool is not heated, as the mild Sardinian climate provides comfortable temperatures most of the year, making pool heating unnecessary even in the low season. The use of a private car is necessary to reach the property and for getting around during your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the freedom and beauty of the area.
