The house is 20 min from Lambert International Airport and has easy access to major highways (I-70, I-64, 141, 364, 270), hospitals, high schools and universities. This unit is a fully furnished mother-in-law apartment on the lower level of a ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. You will have access to two parking spots in the driveway, and the entrance to your unit is in the back of the house, with a well lit stone walkway leading to it. There is a small patio with table and chairs and a large backyard you are free to use. The apartment is over 1300 sq ft and has new carpet throughout. There are french doors leading to the backyard. The bathroom includes a shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The large backyard has trees and grass and backs onto a forested green space where wildlife (deer, turkey, song birds) are a common sight. You have private access to the entire lower-level as well as the backyard. There are two locked storage rooms in the lower level that are not accessible. There are two parking spots in the driveway. There is no street parking. Additional parking spots are possible if needed. Please ask upon making reservation. The owner lives in the upstairs house and shares the driveway and outdoor spaces. I live in the main house upstairs. The two units are entirely separate, and there is no shared indoor space. I am around most of the time and will be happy to assist you. I am also happy to leave you entirely to your own devices. There are no pets living in the downstairs unit; however, I do have a cat living in the main house. Creve Coeur is a centrally located suburb 17 miles west of downtown St. Louis. Local attractions include parks, such as Faust Park and the wonderful butterfly house. Lots of great restaurants, movie theaters, and bars nearby. The house is near many of the popular local high schools (DeSmet, CBC, Priory, Visitation, Parkway Central, Parkway North, Principia) as well as Maryville University and Missouri Baptist College.
