Spacious & Relaxing Loft in Awesome Andersonville!

Spread out, relax, and experience this bright open contemporary home. Guests have private access to our third floor open loft, including a bathroom, sleeping/lounge area with queen size bed, crows’ nest study area, mini-fridge, TV/Netflix, and closet/storage space. A highlight for many guests is access to our backyard garden and koi pond, which remain beautiful year round. Though located in a quiet neighborhood, we are just blocks from public transportation and many great restaurants and shops. The space We completed a gut rehab of our 130-year-old farmhouse, transforming it into a sun-soaked contemporary living space designed to share with our guests. There are many areas to relax and/or work in the loft while enjoying the house's best views of the garden. The architecture of the house, featuring a two-story wall of garden-facing windows in the rear, gives one a sense that there are few barriers between inside and out, and that Mother Nature has also been invited. Inside the house, guests will find the space very comfortable and relaxed, and will enjoy modern technological comforts like Cat7 high speed Ethernet cable access and high speed WiFi. The backyard koi pond with waterfalls and gardens which surround the house are unique for an urban property, and we are happy to share these peaceful spaces with our guests. Animal lovers will enjoy our pup, the many koi that live in the pond, and the wild birds that live here or are just passing through. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire third floor, and shared access to the dining room and kitchen for morning coffee, the main garden in the back of the house, and an outdoor seating area in the front of the house. Guests Do Not have full access to the kitchen for cooking, food preparation, or food storage, nor do we provide laundry services. Guests may use the microwave, and other kitchen amenities may be available upon request. During your stay We will be coming and going while you are here, but we respect your privacy and want you to have a great experience and enjoy the space. One of us is usually here at all times, and we encourage our guests to come to us without hesitation if they need anything. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, give you recommendations based on our own experiences and those of our previous guests, and we're always willing to try something new if that means you'll have a better stay in our home. Other things to note The Loft does not have a door. Just a staircase to the loft. Our home has security cameras in the following inside Publix areas; Foyer, dining room and second floor living room.
