Great outdoor living, beautiful views + spa. Living areas open to large covered deck, spa pool, tramp (no net atm) for the kids and beautiful lake views. The deck then steps down to large lawns that flow onto the reserve and golf course. Easy access to walking / biking trails and golf course. Walking distance to Local shops. We now have WiFi. No parties. No smoking. No groups or gatherings. We will ask you to leave. Pets by arrangement. The space Fabulous location with lovely views over the reserve, golf course & lake. Spa pool + trampoline (no net atm) + large section. Large covered outdoor living area with table and chairs & sofa seating. Our place looks over the reserve, golf course and lake. Easy walk to golf course, lake & the Waikato River Trails - walk or bike in either direction. A short walk to the local cafe, shops, skate park, pump track, local pool & library. We now have WiFi but no TV. Linen & towels are included, but not toiletries. The house is 3 bedrooms plus there are bunks in the open lounge area, and there is a sleepout. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Double Bedroom 3 - one single & one short single (small room) Open Plan Living Area - bunks (not in a separate bedroom) Sleepout - Queen (no lock, no power) NO large groups. NO parties. NO smoking inside or anywhere on the property. Guest access The whole section & whole house. No garage access (garage is separate to house & not pictured).
