Newly renovated, spacious and modern home in the peaceful, friendly Dublin community beside Clontarf & St Anne’s Park - one of Ireland’s biggest parks. Shops, cafes, buses & trains within 5 min walk, we have all the advantages of city & coastal living. Go walking, cycling & swimming. Or for a city break; visit Dublin city centre, restaurants, museums - 10 min train/15 min bus journey. We hope you love our 2 friendly cats (they can stay outdoors if you’re allergic). The space This is the perfect family home. We have four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two spacious living areas with very large comfy couches and a large, sociable dining area. With 2 large TVs, Netflix, Disney+, great wifi, games, toys and books for all tastes, you’ll never be bored indoors. Our sunny and private garden is designed so there is an area for children and another for adults - with a comfy patio and a fire pit at one end and a large trampoline for children to play on at the other end. We also have children’s and adults bikes. Guest access We have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen and garden. We also have a private office and gym at the rear of the garden, which can be made available if you need to work in peace. We have a front door and side gate access to the house. The garden fits two cars comfortably. Other things to note Our home is very newly renovated in 2023 and we’re very proud of it. It’s a lovely place to cook, dine and socialize - with a large kitchen table and various mod cons incl. Quooker taps with hot, cold, filtered and sparkling water; a very powerful stove, Ninja air fryer, separate utility room and a wood burning stove. We have lots of ingredients for cooking lots of cuisines from Italian to Asian and you’re welcome to use our ingredients. We hope you enjoy our home and take care of it, as we do.
