The bathroom is modern and spacious featuring his and hers twin basins, and the kitchen is well laid out, modern and with top of the range appliances including a Smeg cooker and combination microwave. The friendly owner lives in the adjoining property and keeps horses in the fields close by. There is also a dog kennel and run available for your furry friends. Golf is available nearby and just 5 minutes’ drive away is the moorland village of Minions with its iconic Cheesewring granite tor and Hurlers standing stones. Ruins of the ancient tin mining engine houses with their towering chimney stacks are dotted around this area of moorland. The closest village is Pensilva, just 1½ miles away and has a shop, farm shop, horse riding and pubs, and of course amazing moorland walks and sweeping panoramic views all close by.
