Charming cottage in the heart of Burgundy

Located in a village of one hundred inhabitants, our cottage will seduce lovers of old-fashioned houses with its floor tiles in the bedrooms, beams and fireplace where it's good to gather in the evening. Within a radius of 30 km, there are many activities available to you: there is something for all the tastes! Sports enthusiasts will enjoy hiking in the Morvan forests or canoeing on the Cure. We will be happy to recommend gourmets eager to taste our Burgundian specialties. The space On the ground floor there is a fully equipped dining kitchen communicating with the living room. This consists of a sitting area with a sofa bed (which can accommodate an additional 2 people), a fireplace that you can use as well as a dining area. A hallway serves a separate shower room and toilet. From the main room, you can access a garden with a swing, garden furniture (deckchairs, table, chairs) and a barbecue (charcoal). Upstairs, a landing serves two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second is composed of two single beds. Guest access A pleasant garden will allow our guests to relax in peace. A garage is available so guests can park their vehicle. In addition, we provide a pantry with washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays. Other things to note In any season, lovers of beautiful stones will appreciate the perched village of Vezelay and its basilica, the timber floors of Noyers-sur-Serein but also the many castles (Epoisses, Bazoches...) in the region. The small medieval village of Montreal is located 5 km away. In summer, you can attend the ephemeral performances of theater and musicians.
