Possibility of adding a toddler bed. 3 bathrooms (shower and bathtub). The house is intimate and relaxing, quiet and cool in summer thanks to the very thick stone walls. In summer sometimes the top floor with the rooms is a little warm, but the fresh evening air allows you to cool them off for the night. Gas heating for the winter. Guest access The whole house. Part of the owners' personal belongings are locked in drawers, a closet and two storage rooms. Other things to note Possibility to use the equipped kitchen and mini gym space. In Castell'Arquato you have to visit: Piazza della Rocca, with the Rocca Viscontea (from its terraces you can enjoy a splendid view of the village, Val d 'Arda and Val Padana); the Romanesque church with its cloister and attached museum; the geological museum; the Farnese Tower. 3 km: Vigolo Marquis with its medieval cloister; 5 km: medieval village of Vigoleno, very characteristic; 7 km: castle of Gropparello and the Roman ruins of Veleia; 10 km: thermal baths of Salsomaggiore and Bacedasco; 20 km: Piacenza, city of Art; 30 km: Parma, city of Art; 25 km: village of Fontanellato; 20 km: village of Grazzano Visconti; 20 km: castle of Bardi. Just a few kilometers from the villageof CastellArquato, the Monte Moria province park allows walks in the Apennine nature. Milan is 75 km away. Bologna is 140 km away. Between Parma and Reggio Emilia, about 40 km from Caste 'Arquato, you can visit many famous medieval castles such as: Torrechiara, Soragna, Montechiarugolo, Rossena, Canossa, Bianello, the famous Pietra di Bismantova and many others. About 150 km away you can reach the sea, with famous towns such as 5 Terre and Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio).
