The Charlton Farm is a historic 30-acre estate and bed & breakfast in the Genesee Valley region of Western New York. The space The Maple Room features is one of our largest rooms and features a queen bed, ample closet space, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest access The house features an expansive library with an inviting fireplace, a quiet sitting room with a second fireplace, and a large dining room where you can enjoy your complimentary farm fresh breakfast. In the summer time enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch that overlooks the grounds.
