The space Characterful cottage, in a rustic and warm spirit, enhanced by the wood recovered during the renovation of this old bread oven. Accommodation located in an old red brick farmhouse, typical of the area. Equipped kitchen area (fridge, mini oven, gas hob, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, compost bucket). Mezzanine bedroom (double bed with storage drawers underneath where you will find plaids and storage for your belongings) overlooking the living room. Sitting area with a leather sofa, board games, and reading material in the drawers of the TV cabinet. The bathroom includes the toilet, sink and spacious shower. Possibility to enjoy your meals outdoors on beautiful sunny days thanks to the private terrace or to relax in the garden. Bed linen is provided, and one towel is provided per person during your stay. Charm guaranteed. Guest access Parking in front of the accommodation or in the courtyard. The accommodation is located at the entrance to our property, adjoining our home but both independent. Owner of a freely accessible family orchard where we make our artisanal apple juice. Walking or mountain biking trails on site. Accommodation on the route of the "VIA FRANCIGENA". Other things to note Very good bakery in the village (closed on Wednesdays). POTO gourmet restaurant in the village center: prior reservation.
