Beautiful farmhouse in Bagard completely renovated. There are many swimming spots in the nearby Cévennes rivers, and it is 1 hour from the sea (Grande Motte and Grau du Roi). The farmhouse is close to the Bambouseraie d'Anduze and the Trabuc cave. An Intermarché is less than 5 minutes from the house. The space The accommodation is composed of: * 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor): 1 walk-in shower downstairs and a bathtub upstairs (spa option unusable due to a water leak). * 2 toilets (1 on each floor) * 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, American fridge, etc.) * 1 washing machine * 4 bedrooms double beds + 1 sofa bed * Large living room upstairs with smart TV on which it is possible to connect computers (Netflix, Molotov). No wifi. Guest access Parking is available inside. Other things to note A security deposit of 1500 euros will be requested and of course returned if the stay went well. The house must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived, otherwise a cleaning fee of 200 euros will be charged.
