Bea House is located in the centre of Woolton Village, nestled in the leafy suburb of Liverpool. Woolton is surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens and perfect for those that enjoy walking and discovering the history of the area. Good transport facilities, regular bus routes to Liverpool city centre, football stadiums and Hope University. Bars, cafes in abundance. This historic village is famous for its connections to the Beatles, so if you are a fan, this is the perfect location for you. The space Bea House is a Grade 2 listed Georgian/Victoria property that has recently been totally refurbished. The guest accommodation is light, airy and spacious, with enough room to sit comfortably to relax and/or watch TV. The bedroom leads into its own private dressing room with an adjoining door to the bathroom, which is solely for use of guests. This includes a shower, stand alone bath, wash basin ( soap/shampoo) and toilet. Various teas and coffee supplied. There is an additional double bedroom with en-suite if additional space required. Guest access The guest room and amenities are accessed via the front door of the family home. Guests will be given a key to the property. Access to the first floor is via the hall, stairs and landing. Guests are welcomed on arrival and then free to come and go as they please. The guest suite is quiet and very private. During your stay Hosts available on arrival and when required (if available). Guests will be given as much information relating to the local area, transport facilities, amenities, local attractions etc as possible. Other things to note Guests need to be aware that there is a family dog living at the house, Cuba is a very friendly black lab. She is not allowed to access the upstairs or guest facilities at any time.
