Rental unit in Novalja

The perfect room with Air Condition for couples or friends, just a 3 minute walk from the center of Novalja and 7min from Zrće beach. Our room is in a quietly neighborhood, yet is close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias in center. All amenities as Air condition are already included in the room rate and there's no extra charge. We are looking forward to meet you! Welcome The space I rent a room with Air Condition which is located in a private apartment on the first floor of a private house. There are two rooms with bathrooms witch are for the guests only, one opposite the other and they are in a hall. Each room has its own private bathroom, so they are not shared with other guests,they are located in the corridor immediately to the room next door. On the right side of the house outside,are stairs that leading to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. The kitchen is NOT in use. The room has a ceiling fan that guests can use at will, and every room has an Air Conditioning system witch is included in the room rate, it is not an extra cost. WiFi is available through the all house and outside the house, so the Internet is available in rooms through your stay in the house. Each room has a free parking space located at the entrance to our property and it's provided for you. It is allowed to access the balcony that can be reached through the corridor where the rooms are located. So you can put on the balcony to dry your towels and clothes from the beach or you can go to light a cigarette and have a cup of coffee on the balcony, there are available two chairs and a table with an ashtray. The host is present through the morning in the house,not all day but when is guest change, so i will be at your service most of the time during your stay and you will have your privacy and enjoy in your holiday. Guest access You have free WiFi that you can use at your will. Air Conditioner is settled up with the best temperature and is needed just to press button ON/OFF. If you are a smoker,please go to the porch and feel free to seat and to drink a coffee and enjoy in the cigarette break. During your stay When the guests come to check in, please prepare your identity documents for registration. I'll be present during your all stay and at your service for all your quests. Other things to note The security deposit is 95€, the Airbnb will charge you this amount when you confirm your booking. The same amount (95€) will be given back to your account after check out, if the room is in the same condition as you found it, and when the host checks the room in the presence of the guests. Please! Keep in mind to store and watch the keys of the property! Otherwise, you will be charged for the loss. When you're leaving the room, please keep in mind to switch off the ceiling fan, Air Conditioning, TV and the lights. Also, please close up the window shutters, because of the unexpected sudden storms and wind witch are often on our island during the summer months. Thank you Ana
