Come and "Forget About It" in a 1000 sqft 2 bedroom guest suite on the first floor. Quietly and conveniently located on a cul-de-sac. Only a short walk (approximately 300 steps) to the beach! Listen to the ocean waves as you relax out back by the pool. Enjoy the quiet north end of Sandbridge Beach where there is no public parking. Virginia Beach Oceanfront is only 7 miles away. Owners live upstairs and are here to help and assist as needed. The space Guest suite is located on the first floor with an entrance to the guest driveway and 2 doors leading out to the pool area. Enjoy the spacious area of the guest suite with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and family room. Pool area is a shared area with the owners and available for owner and registered guest use only. Pool is a sports pool so each end of the pool is 3.5' deep, center is 5' deep. Great for playing games or just relaxing! Owners live upstairs with teenagers, a dog and 2 cats. Guest access Separate driveway leads you to side door entrance to private suite entrance. Key code will be provided to you prior to your arrival to check in on your own. Other things to note Instacart delivers from Harris Teeter, Food Lion or Walmart grocery delivers. Feel free to order groceries/ necessities to have them delivered upon your arrival. Enhanced Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place to help prevent the spread of germs/ virus's.
