We recommend this flat for a couple who want to stay in a home of rare elegance, with a truly priceless view of the island! The flat is on the second floor of a traditional building and consists of a living room with dining area and sofa (which converts into a bed that can accommodate two more people), kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave), bathroom with bathtub and double bedroom. The space The flat does not have air conditioning, but it is equipped with fans to make your stay more pleasant during the hottest days. The first supply of bed linen and towels is included free of charge for all guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry! Guests staying in our flat have access to: • Wi-Fi internet connection (free Wi-Fi) • Baby cot available on request for a minimum fee • free parking about 500 meters from the flat Please note that cars are not allowed in the historic centre of Orta because it is a restricted traffic area. Cars must be left in the Diania covered car park (free for you via the authorised lane). There is no porter service. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included in the booking and must be paid in cash at check-in (approximate cost €1.00 per person per day, excluding children under 10 years of age). A short walk away you will find restaurants, wine bars, cafés for breakfast and aperitifs, as well as a mini-market, pharmacy, cash machine and post office.
