The Villa is part of a picturesque ancient village of Etruscan, Roman, and medieval origins, where the Roman Emperor Vibius Trebonianus Gallus was born in 216 d.c. Guest access Eleven delightful rooms on three floors, each with elegant antique furnishings, are available for exclusive use. On the ground floor, you'll find a large eat-in kitchen (four-burner stove, oven) with an antique fireplace and access to the garden; a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two suites with double bedrooms, bathrooms, and separate living rooms. On the top floor, there are one double bedroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed; a study with a double sofa bed and two single beds. There is also a bathroom and an elegant and romantic Art Nouveau living room. The villa has a private swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 180 cm, swimming cap required, seasonal availability: May 15 - September 15). Access is easy, and parking is available on the property. The villa is entirely surrounded by a charming and picturesque garden (2,000 m2, fully fenced) with splendid panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside.
