Beautiful House in the countryside

The space A wonderful quiet green very big and comfortable house in the bavarian countryside about 45Minutes southeast from munich center. There are 2 bedrooms each with double bed as well as another bed in the office and in case there are even more guest the sofa in the livingroom is very comfortable as well. Kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is modern and has bathtub as well as a shower cabin. There is also a professional audio a& video editing suite available that can be used a home cinema room with DVD & subwoover system.... The house is located in a small village (about 300 people). There are two small restaurants in the village and a butcher. Generally speaking you will need to plan your purchases in advance and drive to the next bigger town which is either Glonn or Bad Aibling. There you will find all the supermarkets restaurants etc. It is a quiet place with beautiful nature all around. The panorama view is great. With good weather conditions you can see all the mountains (bavarian alps) from east to the west. There are lot of walking routes and you can do sport & jogging outside in the nature as well.... Three times a day there is a busservice to the next S-Bahn Station in Grafing as well as to the trainstation in Bad Aibling. This is a very unique and special place. Highly recommened for people who want to take a break from stressy environment and who want to enjoy nature and simplicity. As well highly recommended for creative people who are looking for a place where they can concentrate on creation.....
