I personally collected every stone used. Inside, you will find modern comforts seamlessly blended with rustic charm: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy indoor living space, and climate control. Outside, your private paradise includes stone-paved terraces, lounging hammocks, an outdoor dining area, and a soothing hot tub nestled behind the house with a view of the outdoor cinema on one side and trees on the other Eco friendly,peaceful, with positive loving vibes. It's really an ideal location. The beach is accessible by foot only and it's 180 metres away,through a wonderful mix of sand dunes,pines and cedar/junipers indigenous to the land My family is very respectful of the sacred land here and thus haven't poured concrete or violated it in any way so we must inform everyone coming that the way to the beach is a Sandy hill so your feet will get Sandy, and if going to the beach or to the village via the beach at night,you will need flashlights which we provide. The trees give privacy to the area, it's ideal for those who also like nudism,and although not an official nude beach, in this section it's common. The house is quite large,has a large terrace, outside cold and hot shower- perfect for those hot summer days- The kitchen is very spacious , a group of people can have fun having cooking parties as the space is more than enough. the oven is large 90cm wide with 5 burners all gas powered Lots of utilities are available ( toaster, fridge,oven,stove,blender, juicer etc). The one bathroom has shower only( no tub), and the other bathroom has a large two person tub. The house is very spacious, with almost all of the ground floor being a combined space( except bathroom). A huge open living room area with a large Π shaped couch can comfortably sleep another 1 person It has a 85" 4k/120hz TV with Netflix, a audio analog amplifier with 5.1 surround speakers,a ps4 with 20 games and a wonderful high quality tokuyo MASSAGE CHAIR. Fun times. The three bedrooms are a comfortable size with a large closet space, queen mattress without springs. One bedroom faces east, the other West, the other South. Outside the bedrooms is the secondary living room space with a comfy couch. Outside there is plenty of space to park, with a roofed area to put your car under, and a huge area to sit under trees ,read a book, meditate, fornicate..enjoy! The nearest village is Mastihari, which is 8 minutes by foot via beach pedestrian pathway or 15 minutes by foot via main road. All restaurants, cafes, ATMs, car rentals can be found there, and of course if you need recommendations or any help I'm available. We can connect you to rental car services, and other help you may need through private communication. Because we preserve the natural environment, the path is unpaved and dark at night—we provide flashlights so you can safely enjoy romantic midnight walks to the waves or the nearby village. eco friendly stone house in a oasis and sea view independent apartment are the only two houses of this area, separate from each other but on the same family land. we are complete surrounded by trees for privacy from main road and surrounding views. yet, the village of Mastihari is close by, so car rentals, ATMs, restaurants, cafes, wind surfing are all nearby. Each house is for different guests: sea view apartment has fantastic views, is higher up, with large openings for very cool breezes. Stone house oasis is an independent house for larger groups(4-7 people, friends,groups who want to share vacation together),more isolated with more modern entertainment amenities, such as home cinema etc etc. if you aren’t a large group you might want to have a look at sea view nest apartment which accommodates 2.(listing is on Airbnb) Other things to note Families & Children: Due to the rough natural terrain, stone steps, and un-gated outdoor hot tub, the property is best suited for adults and families with older children/teenagers. If however you want to come with younger children a/o infants, we ask that you are more cautious and please take care of the house so no damage occurs.
