It's surrounded by a mix of wild junipers and 45 year old pine and Cyprus trees planted by my family The trees give privacy to the area, it's ideal for those who also like nudism. A hand built beautiful stone house where our family have put lots of effort and love into it. I personally collected every stone that is in the house and did most of the work. This house is meant to accommodate friendly couples,groups or families (not suitable for children) who want to spend their vacations together and need the space to be free and share their desires with the necessary privacy, yet also being close to the village for ease of access. It's really an ideal location. The beach is accessible by foot only and it's 180 metres away. Important to notice here, we are unlike major hotels who choose to destroy nature for the sake of profit. THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO INTERVENTION OR DESTRUCTION OF THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS HERE WHICH LAND BELONGS TO GOVERMENT AND HAS BEEN LEFT ALONE TO TURN INTO A BEACH FOREST. My family is very respectful of the sacred land here and thus haven't poured concrete or violated it in any way so we must inform everyone coming that the way to the beach is a Sandy hill so your feet will get Sandy, and if going to the beach or to the village via the beach at night,you will need flashlights which we provide. The house is quite large,has a large terrace, outside cold and hot shower- perfect for those hot summer days-, a large hammock under a large olive tree We have added a wonderful Jacuzzi outside which comfortably fits 4 people. it's on 24/7. in this area you will also find the extra large outdoor 7 meter size screen accompanied by high quality projector to enjoy larger than life movies on( to be used after arranging with owner-not on your own to avoid any accidents with the hardware). we have also added another deck/balcony of 50m2 on the upper floor which you can access only from the second floor living room window. here you can find the sunbeds as this area is very sunny and perfect for sunbathing. The kitchen is very spacious , a group of people can have fun having cooking parties as the space is more than enough. the oven is large 90cm wide with 5 burners all lpg powered Lots of utilities are available ( toaster, fridge,oven,stove,blender, juicer etc). The one bathroom has shower only( no tub), and the other bathroom has a large two person tub. The house is very spacious, with almost all of the ground floor being a combined space( except bathroom). A huge open living room area with a large Π shaped couch can comfortably sleep another 1 person It has a 85" 4k/120hz TV with Netflix, a audio analog amplifier with 5.1 surround speakers,a ps4 with 20 games and a wonderful high quality tokuyo MASSAGE CHAIR. Fun times. The three bedrooms are a comfortable size with a large closet space, queen mattress WITHOUT SPRINGS. One bedroom faces east, the other West, the other South. Outside the bedrooms is the secondary living room space with a comfy couch. UPDATE: THE EAST BEDROOM NOW HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO A ULTRA KING SIZE BED AND MATTRESS(220X200) Outside there is plenty of space to park, with a roofed area to put your car under, and a huge area to sit under trees ,read a book, meditate, fornicate..enjoy! The nearest village is mastihari, which is 8 minutes by foot via beach pedestrian pathway or 15 minutes by foot via main road. All restaurants, cafes, ATMs, car rentals can be found there, and of course if you need recommendations or any help I'm available. Each house is for different guests: sea view apartment has fantastic views, is higher up, with large openings for very cool breezes. Stone house oasis is an independent house for larger groups(4-7 people, friends,groups who want to share vacation together),more isolated with more modern entertainment amenities, such as home cinema etc etc. if you arent a large group you might want to have a look at sea view nest apartment which accommodates 2.(listing is on airbnb) NOTE: if the dates you want are not available, please contact us anyway for recommendations , I'm sure we can find you something Other things to note 1.Please note that as our property is very large my mother's original family home (which is also available on airbnb under "sea view nest apartment", owner Nancy) is situated close by, but is separate, with separate access to beach. 2. Our house is equipped with a central water softener with filters and uv lamp that provides good and clean soft water. so there is no need to buy any water from outside and waste plastic.
