The space Everybody loves this apartment. Located on the 4th and top floor of a well-maintained small building, this 650 square foot (65 square meter) apartment gets great light and ventilation from its south and north exposures. This is a 2-bedroom that is perfect for a single professional, couple or small family. It features nice details like wood floors, a bathroom skylight, French doors and a decorative fireplace. WiFi is fast and reliable. There are no closets, but each bedroom has a dresser, and there is a shared bar for hanging clothes. The building two security doors, a video intercom system, a free washer/dryer in the basement, and storage for two bicycles. Guest access The whole apartment is open to guests, as well as the basement laundry room. Other things to note The building is small and friendly. We all care very much about the building and are regularly spending money on new projects to improve it. No parties, smokers, pets or guests who are not pre-approved by us. We do not charge a cleaning fee and instead require guests to clean the apartment fully (incl sheets and towels) at the end of their stay. This is a great deal and our personal home.
