Cozy and pleasant apartment, simple and functional with a friendly loggia in a wooded environment. The accommodation has 4 shared bedrooms. Remember to ask about the availability of rooms. The apartment is located 15 minutes' walk from the RER A allowing you to reach Paris or Disneyland in just 20 minutes. Location well served by buses leading you either to RER A station to Noisy Champs station or Noisiel. The space Fully renovated home with hardwood floors in all living rooms (living room and bedrooms). We specify that we provide rooms according to the number of guests. We have 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. A crib is available if needed. During your stay We remain attentive to our guests for any question related to their stay. Other things to note We specify that we provide rooms according to the number of travellers. The rooms may already be occupied depending on the dates, but when you book you will have one or more rooms depending on availability and your reservation. A room will be made available for 2 people. Two rooms for 4 people. Three bedrooms for 6 people. Four bedrooms for 8 people. A cot is available if needed. Note: If you are 2 and want to sleep separately, there will be an extra charge for €20 bed linens to pay upon arrival. A parking box is available for €7/day or €20 for your entire stay to be paid on-site. Large cars over 2 m in height or over 2.20 m in width must be parked outside the residence. We will charge you an additional €20 for check-in after 11:00 p.m. Housekeeping is included in the reservation but the apartment should not be left in a dirty condition. Dishes must be washed, crumbs must not be left everywhere, and bins must be emptied. CAUTION: In case of losing the keys or forgetting the keys behind the door, the costs of working a locksmith or replacing the keys will be at your expense. In case of loss of the parking beep, we will ask you to pay us €65.
