Beautiful room in an old building with garden

This bright 15 m² room is located in a 4-bedroom apartment with high ceilings, large windows and a beautiful garden. The room has a bed with bedding, a bedside table and lamp, a desk and chair. A storage wall on one side provides ample space for clothes and other items. The bathroom, kitchen and connected living room, all kitchenware and washing machine are shared. The garden is available for guests to use. The space As shown in the photos, the room has a large bed, a desk and chair, bright windows, storage shelves and other amenities. The apartment is located in the Nippes district in the north of Cologne, close to the city center. There is a market not far away (highly recommended) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and other groceries every day, as well as cheap clothing. The market is open from Monday to Saturday, until 1pm during the week, and until 2pm on weekends. There is a beautiful lawn park about 500 meters south of the residence. You can take a walk or jog there. From here, to the right, you can go to the East Asian Museum and Cologne University, and to the left, you can go to the nearby swimming pool, which can be swum indoors or outdoors. In winter, you can also go ice skating indoors (Lent Park). The Rhine River, the English Botanical Garden and the Cologne Zoo can be walked to in 20 minutes. There are countless shops and supermarkets nearby, as well as bars and restaurants serving a variety of national and international cuisine, making this a vibrant residential area.
