Set in a historical location in Fornico, ancient hamlet on the hillside above Bogliaco, our apartment occupies the first and second floor of the building. The apartment is accessed by a private front door that is reached directly through an indoor garden. Enjoying a splendid view over Lake Garda, the apartment is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days and make the most of the peace and quiet of this sun-kissed location. The space The apartment includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom and three bedrooms and is set out as follows: On the level of the garden, you will find the kitchen-dining area (with bench dining table), equipped with ample cooking surfaces, electric oven, microwave and complete with a washing machine. Ample flatware and equipment provided in addition to a complete set of plates and cutlery. Next door is a spacious living area with a fireplace decorated in majolica painted pottery, ample upholstered seating and a large table that seats ten people. On the first floor is the bright bathroom with ample windows that look out onto the garden, complete with a shower/bath. On the same floor are the three bedrooms, each with a lake view and equipped with fans; the “Orange” room with a single bed and bunk bed, the “Corda” room, an ample and spacious bedroom with window balcony and lastly the “Blue” room, which also has a double bed. Cot or bed guard available on request. Guest access Ample outdoor area, from the terrace that is accessed from the large living area, complete with patio umbrella table, as well as the other outdoor area, in common with the other two flats, equipped with a BBQ so you can enjoy the shade from the palm and rose-bay trees within the privacy of an enclosed courtyard. The garden, more than 400m2 in total, also leads up to a higher level accessed by stone steps, sheltered stone walls with climbing Caper plants and Agave plants, and complete with loungers and beach chairs so you can sunbathe in total privacy. Your pets are welcome, in accordance with regulations of the property. Includes WiFi that is reserved for guests, with routers in every room, and a private covered area for bicycles and motorbikes. Other things to note Highlights The peace, the green of the olive trees, the pure air, the blue of the lake, strolls and day trips to admire the lake, the chirping of the crickets and the nightingales, being able to watch turtle doves in their nest in the cypress trees from the kitchen, enjoying prunes and salted capers picked straight from our trees, the warm welcome and smile from the locals.
