Come stay and enjoy this townhome with access to free shuttle transportation during the winter. Both bedrooms include King beds. The loft includes a daybed that expands to a king bed and the sofa pulls out to a bed. PRIVATE 7 PERSON HOT TUB on patio. Propane Grill, easy access to hiking/biking trails, restaurants, stores, bars, etc. The space Our hot tub is functioning and available for our townhouse guests, as it is private and not communal. Walk into the townhome to find an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms with King Beds, TVs and a loft with views of the evergreen trees and a pull out daybed. The living room also has a Roku TV with access to live TV and other streaming platforms that you can watch over the gas fireplace. The back patio has your own private 7 person hot tub along with a propane grill and views of the mountain peaks. Your couch has a pull out bed as well. Your tay will include your own garage which can help when you don't want to shovel off that heavy snow or want to keep your car from heating up in the summer. There is an additional parking spot beside the unattached garage as well as visitor parking spots throughout the neighborhood. During the winter, use the snow shoes on the trails just in front of the townhome or leave your own gear (bikes, skis, etc out of the elements and safely locked away. We are a family friendly townhome with a Pack'N Play with waterproof sheets, a high chair, children's utensils and outlet covers.
