Our place is idyllically located on a lush and tranquil hillside in Patong; Fresh and cool air from the mountain and surrounding forest; You will enjoy the wide-open space with Sea, mountain & Cityscape views over Patong and you’ll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation. My place is perfectly suited for holidaymakers who looking for a friendly, comfortable and quiet place. The space Dedicated high-speed internet throughout the building and free of charge! Room size 32 m² Bed types: 1 queen bed Capacity: Max 2 Adult+ 1 child under 6 years old The air-conditioned suites offer a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private balcony. There is also a refrigerator with a minibar(additional charge) and 2 complimentary bottled of water. A shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries can be found in the private bathroom. Our rooms come with sea and mountains view and surrounding forests as well as an outdoor pool and sun terrace with Patong sea view. Facilities and services at this property include luggage storage, a Free access WiFi and free parking is available for guests who drive. Guests also can finish private check-in and check out procedures here. Guest access - Swimming pool on the rooftop with a nice view, sunbeds, and umbrellas; - Dedicated high-speed internet throughout the building and free of charge; - High-quality electric appliances in great variety: Flat screen TV-set with cable TV channels, Fridge with minibar (additional charge), kettle, hairdryer, safety box, etc. - Comfortable queen size bed in the room and seating area by the window - Private balcony with outside furniture to enjoy your cup of tea with amazing views! - Set of towels for every guest such as body towel, face towel, and beach towels. - Weekly bedding and towels replacement free of charge for reservation from 12 days onward(please see details in the House Rules) - Electricity and water are provided free of charge (please see House Rules for further details). - We offer a motorbike for rent (please write us to check prices according to the season); - Airport transfer available and highly recommended (please see the House Rules for details) - CCTV in all common areas; Other things to note House Rules CHECK-IN TIME: The day of your arrival, your room is available from 14.00 HOURS. CHECK OUT TIME: On the day of your departure, please check-out before 12.00 HOURS. However, if it’s possible we are quite flexible and happy to give a few hours free of charge if there are available rooms at that time and that the next guest is not standing and waiting at the door :) Please contact our staff at the reception and we will inform you about availability and if you want to visit the city for a few hours on the day of your departure or arrival, we will be happy to store your luggage free of charge in our baggage room too. **The reception is open from 07.00 am till 22.30 pm every day** Please be advised that after 10 p.m. the main gate in front of the building will be closed to prevent outsiders from entering without permission but you still can go in and out. Our staff will inform all the details later. *Number of Guests - The maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults. In the case of more than 2 adults, the additional adult will be charged 500 THB per person but add a maximum of 1 person only. - If there are more guests staying than the stated amount, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional 1,000 baht per person and if there is any violation of the terms of use of the room, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest registration immediately - Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. - Children who require an extra bed will be charged for the extra person rate. - A charge may apply when request an extra bed. Please contact our reception. **For Security Reasons - Visitors are requested to present an ID/Passport at the reception prior to meet with hotel guests. Our hotel reserve rights to decline any stranger from entering the premises. - For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you lock all your valuables, travel documents, etc…, in a safe. Safe deposit boxes are installed within the wardrobe in your rooms and can be used free of charge. Please read the instruction on how to operate the safe before using it. Attention: Hotel Management does not accept responsibility for the loss of any item from the rooms. - Cooking inside the room is not allowed. Please note! A kettle that we provided in the room is for boiling hot water only. Please do not put instant noodles inside. Fine may be applied for violation of any damages caused. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the hotel room. It is permitted only on the balcony. Fine may be applied for violation for an extra cleaning charge of 2,000 baht per room. Any damages caused by smoking or cigarettes will be caused extra to the original fine. - Please note that the cleaning fee is for cleaning the room after your check out only (please refer to Airbnb explanation of the cleaning fee). It doesn't mean daily cleaning. However, If you wish to order an extra cleaning with bedding and towels replacement we can arrange it for an additional 300 baht/time. and we are also happy to provide weekly bedding and towels replacement free of charge if you stay longer than 12 days with us. - Please help us remain green by conserving/saving energy. We are happy to cover your electricity and water bills at our expense, but we kindly ask you to consume mindfully. For monthly reservations (from 28 days) we provide an additional discount but electricity and water bills are paid separately by meter readings. The reason behind it is that the cost significantly varies upon aircon usage. The monthly electric bill can be anything from 800 baht (never use air condition) and up to 10,000 baht (never bother to switch the air condition off). The average cost with mindful usage is between 4,500 - 5,500 baht per month. The air conditioning unit operates by remote control: Activate by pressing the On/Off button, and then set to the desired temperature. **Please make sure that ALL windows and doors are closed when you turn the air conditioner on and "Please turn off" the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time when you leave the room. - The swimming pool is located on the top floor and is provided for the enjoyment of our guests. Opening hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children must be accompanied by a guardian. There is no lifeguard on duty so please familiarise yourself with the posted safety rules. Swim at your own risk and please note, no diving is allowed in the pool. - Room towels (White colors) Please be advised that you are not allowed to take any of the room’s towels at the pool or to the beach (Please see the cost in the damage charge list that we provided in the room) Kindly use blue colors for the pool or beach. - Please make sure all windows/doors are securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the key when you leave the room. **You will be charged 500 baht to replace lost room key** - We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. ***Noise Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 07:00 am (Every Day) Please make sure that you do not disturb another guest at any time, by respecting the noise levels within the room (including balconies) Shared common areas (stairs, hallway, and swimming pool) Make sure the TV or radio is not too loud. No shouting or yelling allowed too. Parties and loud music ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the room. Any complaints by guests next door or police will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION and loss of prepaid rent and all deposits regardless of the time of day or night. **Pets Policy For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations possible, pets are not permitted inside the rooms or on the premises. Some strayed animals enter the premises on their own. Please pay no attention to them as they do not belong to the hotel, are not immunizes and it is not safe to touch them no matter how friendly they may appear to be. For reasons of hygiene refrain from feeding these animals. Do not use hotel ware to treat them. Once they are fed, they stay on the premises forever. - Drugs, Illegal Substances & Weapons: Possession (or being under the influence) of illegal substances, drugs, and weapons on the hotel premises will lead to immediate eviction. In such cases, the payment obligation for the agreed term of your stay will still apply. We will notify the responsible authorities. - Violence: Any violence to our guests or staff will lead to immediate eviction of the hotel and the police will be informed. According to our Terms & Conditions, no money will be refunded when our guests are instructed to leave because of breaking the Hotel Rules. - Airport transfer is available. Our driver will meet you at the arrival section of the airport(normally by the exit gate No.3-4 for international and by the front exit gate for domestic) The rates are as following: Daytime from 06.00 am - 22.00 pm rate is 800 baht; Nighttime from 22.00 pm - 06.00 am rate is 1,000 baht both rates are for a maximum of 3 persons. We highly recommend ordering the airport transfer service from us. Our rates are almost the same as if you take a taxi from the airport but the problem is that many of our guests who decided to arrange transportation by themselves complained that they spent hours in the taxi cruising around trying to find our place or sometimes a taxi dropped they somewhere on the way to the hotel. If you still decide to organize transportation by yourself please make sure you save the location to your smartphone with GPS to show the way to the taxi driver or clearly explain that the hotel is located on Hasippee Road. Normally the taxi driver would ask you for the phone number of our place, but Please remember that we are not available 24 hrs. to provide explanations by phone on how to find us.
