Private House in Bruton

A big welcome to your perfect home from home in beautiful and historic Bruton. Well House is fully renovated with pressure showers, comfortable beds and tasteful decor with ample space for family comfort. The house is very convenient for all local supermarkets and restaurants and interests. Off road parking is available as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime & iPlayer for entertainment. A lovely gem of location, with a very private terrace is the perfect place for a long weekend or more. The space When entering Well House, guests enter a cozy vestibule where shoes and coats are stored. Here you will also find umbrellas. Moving into the living room guests are surprised by the space available and the comfort. The sofa is spacious and comfy with cushions and foot stools. Blankets are stored in the foot stool box. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and iPlayer. You can also connect YouTube directly to the LG-TV. The spacious dining room is to the left with sideboard containing additional cutlery. This space makes a wonderful dining room that is immediately next to the kitchen for convenience. We also have a piano if you’re musical. Moving into the kitchen the guest will find a large and comfortable space with all amenities for preparing small or large meals. To the right of the kitchen is an office workspace which doubles as a sociable area with relaxing views of the garden. Just off this space to the right is the utility room with washer/dryer and other utility items. Downstairs also has a shower room with sink and toilet. Upstairs the guests enjoy a bright landing with views of the garden. The bedrooms are cosy and comfortable with a charming bathroom next to the double bedroom. The bathrooms have a bath and showers available with piping hot pressurised water available. Downstairs guests are not permitted to use the fireplace stoves at any time for safety reasons. The central heating gets the house very warm in winter. Please do not light any fires in the living room or dining room. Moving around the house the guest will appreciate comfortable and practicality. We hope you thoroughly enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests love the privacy of the terrace and we hope you will as well. Guests are welcome to use the lower (first) terrace but are not allowed any further into the garden. This is for safety reasons as there is very slippery areas and also building some stone rubble. Please do not go any further than the first, gravelled, terrace. We also very much appreciate our neighbours and for this reason we also do not encourage guests to go any further than the first terrace.
