Lofoten Sea View Rorbu - Adventure Hideaway

Lofoten is the ultimate place for adventure, but explorers also need sleep! Recharge in a charming and modern rorbu with magnificent views over the ocean and the majestic mountains. With almost no light polution it's a perfect spot to enjoy and photograph the Northern Lights magic, experience an arctic storm or watch the peaks bathe themselves in the red of the Midnight Sun. Close to the water you might dicover you have otters and seals as neighbours. Welcome to your home away from home! The space The rorbu was designed by a local architect to maximise the light and bring the natural beauty of the area into the open plan living space. Featuring a wall of windows and high vaulted ceilings you can relax by the fireplace, enjoy free high speed wifi , a bigscreen TV with soundbar and plan your next adventure. Both bedrooms face the mountains and overlook the marina. Both bedrooms has a doublebed (Size :140 x200 and 150x200) There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare food during your stay. The rorbu is at the end of the "road" so you can enjoy your privacy at the big sunny deck outide until the sun disapear behind the mountains at 22.00 in the middle of summer. In the winter it's a perfect northen light spot. Ifthe aurora is visiting you simply just the door to enjoy the show. Note that in the winter you might have to walk from the parking lot to the house due to snow. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from Leknes airport and shopping area in Leknes. Guest access The house is homey and fully equipped. with high speed wifi and widescreen TV, 2 bathrooms with heated floors. Washing machine and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine induction hob and fan oven. Fireplace. Towels and linen are included. Private parking next to the house or at the common parking area ( if snowy) Other things to note The cabin is at the end of the row of cabins - close to the seawall for the Marina. This gives alot more privacy. Located in the centre of Lofoten the nearest hike, boatride, wildlife or local food experience is just minutes away.
