Character mews house near Quay

A bright, well furnished double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The accommodation is very private as it is the only room on the ground floor. The main part of the house is on the first floor. The house is situated behind a shop in the High street down a cobbled lane within the conservation area. It is in an ideal position as it is within easy walking distance to The Lymington Quay and yacht basin, shops, restaurants and train station. The space The guest accommodation is on the ground floor of the house and therefore private as the owners accommodation is upstairs. Guest access A home made breakfast will be served upstairs in the open plan living area. Guests favourite breakfast seems to be scrambled egg on croissant, and a pot of filter coffee, or a healthy alternative of museli, yoghurt and fruit. Please let me know your preferences the night before. During your stay I have lived in Lymington for a while and have local knowledge of the area, which I am happy to share.
