Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Downtown Dundas, and many nearby hiking trails, including the Bruce Trail, Conservation Area, Webster's & Tews Falls, Dundas Peak (visible from rooms!). We are close to the Dundas Valley Golf Course, Hockey Arena.. * Shared bathroom only if both rooms are occupied by guests ( not used by hosts). Bus stop - 5 mins away. Short walk to downtown Dundas (~1.5kms). Free street parking available. The space PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to stay here, make sure you have plenty of information about yourself in your profile!! We like to know more info than just a "name" about our guests. So please give us some information about who you are. Verify yourself with government issued documents, and get some references. Thank you for understanding! -- The room is completely separate from our living space. Bright, spacious room with a kitchenette ready to welcome you! Our two units are located on the second floor, completely separate from our living space. Shared bathroom only if both rooms are occupied by guests (and are not used by hosts). Includes kitchenette space equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishware, cutlery, and a mini-fridge (hot plates are not permitted). The room has desk space for working and access to our unlimited speedy wifi. Each room has a lock on the door. Rustic, artsy décor. Clean and tidy spaces. Guest access Guests may use our front and backyards to relax, eat, and unwind! Units are located up 14 steps, unfortunately no handicap or wheelchair access. Other things to note I'm a local artist and graphic designer involved in the Hamilton Arts Community and can give you some recommendations about what to see in the area and how to get there. Hamilton is home to 125 waterfalls! The Dundas Conservation Area is practically in our backyard! We can give you advice on nice hiking trails, and/or where to park your car for easy access!
