The space The space is a very large 16 m2 older style Victorian room with very high ceiling (3.5 m or 12 ft 6 inches), Queen size bed, 4k Android / Roku TV, work desk, reverse cycle heating and cooling (Aircon), BIR shelves and second ikea robe sliding door storage. The property is located where St Kilda, Windsor, and Albert Park Lake meet. Beaches, lake, cafes, pubs, restaurants, clubs, plus music, sport and work venues are all a walk away. The CBD is a 15 minute tram ride away and the Union St tram stop platform (located on St Kilda Rd) is 100 metres from the front door. Guest access The room is located on the ground floor via secure kay pad access. Guests have access to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and yard, all on the same floor. During your stay I work from home most days and so I am usually available to help guests get settled and to sort out any problems or questions they have and point guests in the right direction for local sites, culture and activities.
