The apartment is located on a farm with all the good and bad about farm life. Guests have quiet, peaceful seclusion while just 2 miles from 75. The property which is naturally landscaped with massive pine and oak trees, is quiet and peaceful. There are horses on both sides of the 1/4 mile drive. but that comes with some smells and dust. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HIT, WEC & Chi institute. The space One of the bedrooms is an open concept with screens to give you privacy. Our pet friendly, apartment is located in the heart of horse country. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HITS, World Equestrian Center South and the Chi institute. The large apartment has a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room and comfortably sleeps eight. There is a electric gated quarter mile sand driveway leading to our farm. All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully they have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere. Guest access The private apartment is located on a horse farm. There are 3 different housing units on the farm. You should be able to find something that suits your needs. Just click on my picture and you will be able to see the different choices. For an additional fee you can bring your own horses. We have a good ring with jump course, cinder-block stalls, hot walker, grooming stall, wash rack and turnout. Other things to note There is a pet fee of $50.00 per stay for 1 or 2 pets. please inquire for more pets. pets must be kept on a leash and poop picked up. The house now has electric provided by solar panels with a back -up battery to provide essentials in a power outage. You need to understand that living on a farm has it's positive and negative. Living here gives you peace quiet and serenity but there is dust, smells, pests and smoke at times. if you have a sensitive nose I suggest this is not the place for you.
