Methilda apartment is one of our favorites! Located on the 3rd floor, it is accessed by a spiral staircase from the 2nd floor. The private rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a meal. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. The bathroom has a luxurious tub with handheld shower. The kitchen & bathroom ceilings are slanted & low on one side. The living room/dining area has a table & 4 chairs, couch & futon (which converts to a double bed). Bonus: air conditioning. The space Spino Secco is a mansion with 6 independent and fully equipped apartments. They all share a lush private garden with a castle ruin in the back and a big salt water swimming pool. Moreover, we have a breathtakingly renovated vaulted 120 m2 communal space on the ground floor. Here you can cook together, share a meal, taste our wines, or practice yoga. This extra space makes Spino Secco also perfect for group activity. Guest access You will have total access to the pool, the big garden, the barbecue and the private parking lot. Other things to note SpinoSecco is the ideal place to bike, hike & explore the nearby villages.
