There are 4 large En-Suite-bathroom bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other 3have 2 single beds, that can be joined together on request. The bedrooms are fully equipped with TV, air conditioner, safety box, hair dryer, desk and chair, mirror and large wardrobe. Guest access The whole villa is yours! The pool and garden are 100% private. Other things to note -You will not have to pay for extra Airbnb service fees. -The price does not include water and electricity fee. If travelling with infant or children, you can request for baby cot before your arrival *Excluded Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). Water is charge 35THB/unit *We will take a photo of the official meter on your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 120 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. Kindly ask you to place deposit when check in for electric and water. stay up to 5 nights 5,000 baht. Stay up to 10 nights 7,000 baht. Stay up to 15 nights 10,000 baht. Stay up to 30 nights 20,000 baht.
