New beachfront studio type condo unit in an exclusive residential resort, fully fitted and furnished, with sleek modern design and is just 20 mins away from the airport. The space 1BR studio type condo/flat, comfortably fits two on a queen size bed with a sofabed to occupy maximum total of four people only. The unit is on the 5th level with a balcony facing the beach. This serves as the perfect spot away from the other excitable guests but close enough to feel the breeze and hear the sound of the waves, and capture Azure's scenic view from a higher ground. Guest access Azure Urban Resort Residences and amenities are private and exclusive to unit owners and long term tenants (minimum of 30 days). However, wave pool, kids pool, beach area and Ibiza bar can be accessed by short-term guests for a small fee of 250php/head for half a day or 500php/head for whole day. The first two guests are FREE, the fee applies to the 3rd and 4th guests (babies of 0-1 yr old are considered 1 count). Strictly maximum of 4 guests per booking, no visitors allowed apart from registered guests, for security purposes. Other things to note Parking is not included in this unit, however is available for a minimum charge per night (payable to Azure). 200php for an overnight stay until 6am then 10php per hour after that.
