The space This small and cozy two-story house with exposed beams and stone walls was the home of my paternal grandparents: Vito and Amelia. Located in the "casette" area of Poggio, this residence is immersed in the tranquility of the Conero Park and two minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of Portonovo. It enjoys a magnificent view of the "Trave" promontory and the surrounding landscape. The "Mafalda" restaurant and the "Osteria del Poggio" village inn are within walking distance. Guest access The house is entirely accessible for guests Other things to note The house has 6 beds: 2 in the double room with a double bed (king size), 2 in the children's room with two single beds that can be joined to obtain a double bed (king size) and 2 in the sofa bed of the living room (king size). Please note: in the case of a reservation for up to 4 people, the beds prepared and made available are only the 4 beds of the 2 bedrooms on the first floor (double bedroom and children's bedroom).
