The space This room is well-lit, bright, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean with a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Our accommodation is unique in Kolkata. In the front of the property, the room has a large double room with private bath, just outside the room. It benefits from good sized south-facing balcony, where you could enjoy the cool breeze outdoors in the evenings and watch the authentic Kolkata life pass by. We have three rooms that are listed as ACE BNB ROOM 1 and ACE BNB ROOM 3 apart from this one, on the floor above Ace BNB ROOM 4 can be booked separately. During your stay Mrs. Narayani Guha who owns the property is available at request most of the time as she lives on sight. Other things to note This is a stand-alone building in the upmarket, leafy, green Jodhpur Park. ACE BNB ROOM- 4!with balcony in front attached toilet/bath with running hot and cold water is situated on the second floor of 3-storeyed building in Jodhpur Park. The king-size bed can comfortably sleep two. There is a provision for one more room at an additional cost connecting the rooms through the bathroom with doors on either side with a common bathroom for both rooms in case a family of two adults and two children want to book a private interconnected room with double bed TV and window AC . At night the main doors of the rooms can be bolted from the inside and both rooms can be accessed through the bathroom. This is also suitable for a group of four adults at an extra cost.
