Nice stone cottage, located in a wooded area of 2 hectares, 10 min from Poitiers and 10 min from Futuroscope. On the ground floor, a large living room with equipped kitchen area, sitting area with sofa and TV. Upstairs, a master attic suite with low beams, a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, open to bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Terrace and garden furniture. Outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid-May to end of September, to share. Jacuzzi to share. Football pitch + badminton + petanque The space This charming cottage is located in a 2-hectare property: the Domaine des Tilleuls. It has an independent entrance and another directly on the property, wooded and flowery park. Very quiet neighborhood. Marked hikes nearby. All expected services are a 5-minute drive away. This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and flexibility problems: upstairs there are low beams in the bedroom and towards the bathroom. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay. Possibility of a cleaning fee of €40 (excluding kitchen area). Our cottage is rented without linens or towels. Possible rental of linens, sheets €15 for the double bed, €10 for a single bed, towel €3. Bed made on arrival: €5/bed. Other things to note The pool and hot tub are shared with the other cottages. With your rental, you have one 30-minute jacuzzi session per day (you can do additional jacuzzi sessions at the rate of €10/30 min). When it's your jacuzzi session, it's just you in the jacuzzi. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and is heated. Jacuzzi and pool are open 10am to 8pm.
