We invite you to stay in this old dovecote with character, comfortably restored as a charming cottage. Totally independent; quiet, in the countryside. Close to Cordes sur Ciel, on the road to the Albigeois bastides, not far from the Grésigne forest and the Aveyron gorges. In winter, you can enjoy pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace equipped with a new insert. The space You will fall in love with this 100 m² Tarn building with an interior of stone and exposed beams. In summer, you will enjoy the freshness of the place and in winter, you will enjoy the soft flame of the fireplace. Established on two floors, the house has a living room on the ground floor with a dining area, a TV area and a fireplace with insert. Behind the stone vault is the fully equipped integrated kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, food processor, kitchen utensils etc... On the first floor, the bedroom with 1 double bed opens onto a single-storey terrace overlooking the vineyard, ideal location for the two deckchairs that await you. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, the attic room, a little corner of paradise in the attic, this room will be the ideal place for the youngest (3 beds 90 + 1 child bed 90 + 1 umbrella bed). The exterior is spacious and pleasant, you can choose to enjoy one of the three terraces to relax in the garden lounges or share a barbecue. A green space allows access to the swing set for children. Guest access Access is very easy, the house is at the entrance to the village of Tonnac, you can easily park several vehicles in the outdoor space in front of the house, safely.
