It is a two-room apartment of about 60 square meters that consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a spacious bedroom (double and single bed) and a bathroom. It also includes a large garden overlooking the pine forest and Valmalenco. It has an outdoor table, a sunshade, and deck chairs for relaxing. The services that are included are water, electricity, gas, cleaning, linens (towels, etc.), wood for the stove and condiments such as sugar, coffee, salt, vinegar and oil. Heating is via a wood-burning stove. The keys to the cabin are released at a meeting point near the cabin.
