Very spacious, it consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The rooms are distributed over 3 floors: 200 sqm at your disposal. The house is ideal for couples, families or groups of people looking for an unforgettable stay in the hills north of Rome. On the ground floor, a large window allows the large living room to blend with nature: the interior and exterior space are canceled. On the first floor are the bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the olive grove and bamboo grove. The attic on the second floor has been transformed into a cheerful dormitory where the kids can sleep all together. Attached to the main building is a 60-square-meter apartment occupied by me, Brigitte, the owner. If you need another room, there is the possibility of offering you the one on the ground floor with the bathroom. To be agreed with me first. Casa Namura is located north of Rome, in the Veio Park, the heart of the Etruscan region. The villa is suitable for stays in every season of the year: you can spend time sitting in front of the fireplace, taking walks in the fields on foot or on horseback or simply lounging on the hammock in the shade of the bamboo grove. In the nearby lakes of Bracciano and Martignano you can practice swimming, sailing, canoeing and find open spaces for snacks and picnics. You'll have the opportunity to take walks. The villa is located 2 km from the historic center of the village of Sacrofano, equipped with shops for every need. A 35-minute drive away is "Porte di Roma", a large complex with 200 shops and cinemas for a temporary "return to the city's hustle and bustle." Rome's historic center is easily reachable by train from Montebello station (which is 15 km from the villa) and of course also by car. The master bedroom with the bathroom of this apartment can be exceptionally given to guests (upon request).
