The accommodation is located inside "Villa Plinio," a late 19th-century Art Nouveau building, and directly overlooks the lake, dominating the bend of Dervio beach called the "Foppa." This bathing beach slopes gently into the lake, making it ideal for children and for those who want to naturally savor the freshness of the lake waters. The bend is crossed by a promenade that runs along the entire coast of Dervio for several kilometers and can be covered on foot or by bicycle. Any additional bags must be purchased independently by the guest (transparent format, small size).
