Nice apartment with large outdoor spaces to make the most of your summer vacation. A stone's throw from the sea and away from the traffic of the village, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk from under the three cool pedestrian tunnels. Between one tunnel and another you will discover small but wonderful pebble beaches with crystal clear sea, some free, others equipped. At the exit of the last tunnel, you will be within walking distance of the boarding areas for the nearby islands. The space A porch with arches will be the ideal place for your meals, while under the patio you can rest on the comfortable sofas or organize a sunset aperitif. All surrounded by olive trees in front of a beautiful sea where you will often see dream mega yachts moored in the harbor. From my house you can set off to discover the authentic Maremma! Between medieval villages, natural spas and crystal clear sea, the area offers unique experiences: Capalbio and the Tarot Garden, the Terme di Saturnia, Pitigliano and Sovana, the Argentario and its breathtaking views. I live on the upper floor, and on the ground floor there are two lovely apartments that I make available during the summer: the house of corals and the house of shells. Each apartment has its own exclusive space, the common area is that of the parking lot and the posts with the olive trees where, if you want, you can spend some time under the shade of the silver fronds. In addition, the Casa dei Coralli is adjacent to the Casa delle Conchiglie, separated by a wooden wall that can be opened if necessary, thus connecting the two houses. Ideal for friends, two families traveling together, or large families! Other things to note Sea, sun, shade, serenity, what more to ask for? A nice hike? I can recommend the right one for your needs!
