The property is truly unique & family friendly and unlike many more cramped dugouts that were hand-cut this is a very spacious one. Very high ceilings, natural light and stunning orange & opal laced circular walls. Mins walk to town, drive-in cinema, underground churches, golf course, bars, restaurants, hospital; the location is wonderful for taking all in. The space * NOW with WIFI, New Washing Machine & New 2nd Fridge* **SELF CHECK-IN** Living underground is incredible!! The walls - high ceilings - sunsets ... everything about the place is up in bucket-list ticking! Dugouts are up with being the most eco friendly houses IN THE WORLD!! - they stay 23 degrees all year round and having NO TREE downed in their making... we are very proud of our eco friendly houses! The town has the highest energy and water prices in the world - but mostly because it's almost completely self-sufficient and eco friendly. - Solar/wind turbines... and out water is extremely filtered underground water (reversed osmosis) to make it super clean - however as it's JUST for our tiny town it's both crazy expensive and limited. Please use water and power with consideration for our town and planet. - on that, the water is Reversed Osmosis filtered, so is good to drink. **PLENTY OF SPACE FOR MULTIPLE CARS, CARAVANS, CAMPERS, TRUCKS (etc) TO SAFELY PARK** Guest access The whole house ("dugout"- the name for underground houses in Coober Pedy) and all the outdoor space is all yours! Other things to note **PLENTY OF SPACE FOR MULTIPLE CARS, CARAVANS, CAMPERS, TRUCKS (etc) TO SAFELY PARK** Liability Release– Guests, for themselves and their respective heirs, personal representative, successors and assigns hereby release the Owners of this property and their respective employees, sureties, insurer, attorneys, successors and assigns from all claims, demands, and/or causes of action the Guest has, or may have in the future, for any matter, cause or anything whatsoever resulting from, or in connection with, the property identified in this Rental Agreement, including without limitation any claim, demand, suit or cause of action which may be awarded. Neither the Owners of the property, are liable for any damages to Guest or Guest's property caused by acts beyond Owners' control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, military action strikes, revolution, pest invasion, inclement weather, vandalism or personal injury. If any defects or hazardous conditions are discovered on the property, Guest will notify the Owner at once. Guest acknowledges his/her awareness of the following potentially hazardous conditions on the property: (a) there are or may be steps between interior levels which may not be obvious because of the flooring materials employed; (b) tile around the pool if present, or around the any tub or shower in the bathrooms, can be slippery when wet; (c) art niches in walls can be hazardous to crawling or very young children. Guest agrees to use due care in the use of the premises, and waives any claim against Owner with respect to the condition of the premises, other than claims resulting solely from Owner's or their Employee's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.  All pets must be discussed before booking, and strict conditions must be agreed to - also they are charged as humans! (or the minimum pet fee for the 1st pet)
