The studio is an open space, refurbished with high quality materials, to create a minimalist space with all that you need for a comfortable stay. The space The apartment is located in a quiet, non-touristy area of the central city, within the Fine Arts university quartier, and it is surrounded by creative new spaces like cafes, galleries, vintage shops, and street commerce for residents like grocerie stores, bio-bakery, laundry-mat or newsstands. The kitchenette features a microwave/oven and a induction stove as well as a dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), expresso machine, water kettle, bread toaster and citrus press. Pots and pans, dishes and bowls, glasses and cups allow you to enjoy cooking a private candle light dinner, start the day with a good breakfast or simply have a tea or coffee. In the living area you can relax on the two seat couch, read one of the books on the shelves or magazines on the rack or watch a movie or show on the flatscreen tv with cable channels. Next to the living area, there is a small sunny balcony with two chairs and a table, that offers a perfect setting for a drink and chill above the city. The bed was a priority when furnishing the space. We set the standard high for quality sleep. It is an ergonomic 21 cm (8,3 inches) width, foam mattress with 200x140 cm (6'6x4'6 feet). In the bathroom you'll find a shower, a toilet and a sink, with all the basic ammenities like shampoo, shower gel and hair drier. A baby cot is available upon request. The house is suited for two people sharing the bed. However it can comfortably sleep four people using the fold out sofa bed on the living area. Other things to note ***Winter Days! - Coat and scarf weather is here! The electric heater conserves the temperature inside, with the windows closed. Use it rationally and please don't leave the heater on, when you exit or while the windows are open. *** Smoking allowed on the balcony only.
