THE WELL - AGRITURISMO IL TORRIONE

The apartment is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. It is located a few hundred meters from Certaldo Alto, a medieval town in the home of Giovanni Boccaccio. You'll love my place because it's the location and the views. My place is good for couples and families with kids. The location is definitely spectacular, in fact we are on a Poggio with a beautiful 360-degree view, including Certaldo Alto, San Gimignano, the Pistoiese Apennines, the Apuan Alps. The space The apartment IL POZZO consists of kitchen/living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It was built by a former wine cellar, a former small chicken coop, and other spaces that are no longer used. The premises destined to agriturismo are all on the ground floor the same farmhouse typically Tuscany whose oldest part "IL torrione" is definitely from the Medieval era. For three quarters of the last century the house was inhabited by two families of Mezzadri who led each their own "Podere". Guest access The apartment, two-room apartment with bathroom has a beautiful garden where you can just relax, read a book. Other things to note Guests will be able to enjoy the wine and oil produced on the farm.
