Located in the heart of the city of Metz, a few steps from Place Saint Louis and just a 5-minute walk from the most beautiful train station in France, here is our atypical and warm duplex apartment. Rated 3 stars, located on the 1st floor of an old building located on a pedestrian street. The space Ideally located (600 m from the SNCF train station on foot / 100 m from Place Saint Louis) Very beautiful atypical duplex of 60 m2 spread over several levels with exposed Jaumont stones, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old building, in a pedestrian street in the historic center of Metz that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Many convenience stores. Ground floor: - a large living room - 1 dining room - a fully equipped kitchen 1st floor: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet Upon arrival in the apartment, the door opens onto the dining room with its period fireplace, a living space where you can gather around a meal in a warm and modern atmosphere, open to an equipped kitchen (gas hob, traditional oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) as well as all the cooking utensils needed to cook good little dishes as if you were at home! The living room is juxtaposed with the dining room, it is equipped with a TV connected to a Chromecast (not equipped with TV box – possibility to connect to Netflix, YouTube, Molotov TV, Canal+Play with your Smartphone/tablet and your credentials) and a Bose home theater for movie lovers in a Scandinavian atmosphere, you will find a sofa convertible into a 2-person bed of 140/190 cm. The password to connect to free WiFi (very high speed fiber) will be provided. Upstairs you will find: - 1 nice attic room that can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a 140/190 cm double bed, a fan and a mobile air conditioner - A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet, as well as a washing machine You will also find: an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack. The apartment is NON-SMOKING, we kindly ask that you absolutely respect this. Parties and events are also strictly PROHIBITED. Filming is strictly forbidden under penalty of prosecution . Please take out your garbage every day after 7:00 p.m. Dishes used during your stay must be cleaned and stored upon checkout. Please also enter the correct number of guests when requesting to book. The bath towels used must be in the basket in the bathroom. Access to the external airlock is not allowed. It is not allowed to invite other people to the apartment. Check-in is BETWEEN 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Check-out before 11am Any check-in outside these time slots will only be done if we have been notified without our agreement, you will be charged an additional €90. Similarly, for checkout, it is done BEFORE 11 a.m. without prior agreement for a late checkout on our part, a sum of €90 will be charged. Bookings made by third parties will be cancelled. NB: Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for tall people (> 190 cm). The apartment is atypical and on several half levels. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs are in attics. Guest access The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, but the parking spaces you will find in the streets of Metz near the apartment are free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and free on Sundays and public holidays. The nearest underground parking is Saint Thiebault parking, 2 steps from the apartment, The Saint Jacques parking lot is also located within walking distance of the apartment. The accommodation is not suitable for PRM access. Other things to note - The apartment is atypical and on several half-levels. - To get to the upper floor you will use a steep staircase that is not protected by guardrails. The apartment is therefore not suitable for young children or the elderly. Registration Details 281
