Farmhouse in Provence on 5 ha with heated pool

Near Nyons in Drome Provençale, in the privileged environment of a 5-hectare property, this 18th century farmhouse is imbued with beautiful scents of Provence. It offers a unique panorama and a secure swimming pool (heated from the beginning of April to the end of October, depending on the weather) in a natural and intimate setting. LE MAS DES FONTETTES will welcome you to its 6 bedrooms on three independent levels. The whole property is completely private. The space PLEASE read the following before booking. It is important that you know the specifics of our accommodation: The farmhouse/property, with no immediate neighbors, is surrounded by nature in the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales. With 5 hectares and a love for nature as it is, the grass is only mowed around the house. These 5 hectares ARE NOT FENCED, so you can go hiking there and you may also see animals passing by. It is a family holiday home, dating from the 18th century, with its strengths and weaknesses, and not a hotel residence. The mas is on 3 independent levels (NO INTERIOR STAIRCASE): *Ground floor with one bedroom and a large bathroom/XL washing machine. *1st floor with fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outdoor dining area and barbecue, living room with 2.40 m dining table, coffee table and 2 sofas, bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed and baby bed *2nd floor accessible by an EXTERIOR STAIRCASE, a covered terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom and three bedrooms IN A ROW. The FENCED AND LOCKED pool can be used from around the beginning of April to the end of October. Depending on the weather, we may have to open and/or close it on varying dates. You can contact us prior to booking to check its availability. Linens (sheets/towels, tea towels) are provided. A fully equipped crib and a high chair are available on-site. PLEASE NOTE, parasols are not provided! Charging electric vehicles is not possible on the house's electrical network. A charging station is located at the entrance to the village. For health reasons, I now use a company for cleaning and pool maintenance. I can therefore no longer adjust the times, which are set from 5 PM for check-in and 10 AM at the latest for check-out; please excuse me. All the photos are recent (JUNE 2026) and accurately reflect the farmhouse as it is. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note The Nyons market, 15 km away, is held year-round on Thursday mornings, where market gardeners, beekeepers, lavender sellers, local cheeses and others gather. In the peak season, Sunday morning also hosts the 'Provencal market'. The Sahune farmers' market is held every Wednesday.
