Near Nyons in Drôme Provençale, in the privileged environment of a 5-hectare property, this 18th century farmhouse is imbued with beautiful scents of Provence. It offers a unique panorama, a secure swimming pool (heated from mid-March to the end of October) in a natural and intimate setting. The MAS DES FONTETTES will welcome you in its 6 rooms on three independent levels. The entire property is completely private. The space The farmhouse/property, without a neighborhood, is surrounded by nature in the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales. With 5 hectares and loving nature as it is, the grass is only mowed around the house. These 5 hectares are not fenced, you can go hiking and are also likely to observe the passage of animals. The mas is on 3 independent levels: *Ground floor with one bedroom and one large bathroom. *1st floor with fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outdoor dining area and barbecue, living room with dining table for 14 people, coffee table and sofas, bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with double bed *2nd floor, a covered terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom and three bedrooms in a row. The fenced and key-secured pool can be used from +/- mid-April to the end of October. Depending on the weather conditions, we may have to open and close it on variable dates, you can contact us prior to booking to check its availability. Linens (sheets/towels, tea towels) are provided. A fully equipped crib and high chair are available on site. Please note that parasols are not provided and charging electric vehicles is not possible on the house's electrical network. A charging station is located at the entrance to the village. Early Check-in & late Check-out. THESE SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND PRIOR REQUEST. If you wish to access the farmhouse before the scheduled time (5:00 p.m.) and ONLY if this is possible, we can offer you early check-in for an additional charge of €50.00. Similarly, if you wish to leave the farmhouse later (after 10:00 a.m. and at the latest 3:00 p.m.), a supplement of €50.00 will be requested. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note The Nyons market, 15 km away, is held year-round on Thursday mornings, where market gardeners, beekeepers, lavender sellers, local cheeses and others gather. In the peak season, Sunday morning also hosts the 'Provencal market'. The Sahune farmers' market is held every Wednesday.
